Q. How do I empty the dirt tank?

A. With CleanSlide Technology, dirt and debris is removed when you pull the separator up from the dirt tank. To remove the tank from the machine, press the button directly above the tank and pull the tank towards you to release from the vacuum.

Q. What tools does it come with?

A. A Crevice Tool, Dusting Brush 3-in-1 Pet Hair Upholstery Tool, Wall Mount/Storage System, and additional Febreze filter.

Q. Is it safe to use on wood floors?

A. Yes, it safely cleans all carpets and hard floors in your home.

Q. Is the filter washable?

A. Yes! The foam pre-motor filter (located on the top of the dirt tank) and the pleated post-motor filter can be washed by rinsing them under warm water. Just be sure to let the filters dry for 24 hours before placing them back in the vacuum.

Q. Can you turn the brush roll off?

A. No, the brush roll doesn’t turn off, however you can slow it down by pressing the cleaning mode button.
